After playing tennis, couples enjoy the camaraderie of our Friday Seafood buffet together in the Clubhouse. Members also enjoy Mixed Couples’ Tennis Competitions during Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends, and we have recently added Tennis Pong that has been a big hit with our members. Pickle Ball Pickleball is a fast-growing sport in the country and here as well! It combines the elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong and can be played on our lighted hard courts. A pickleball paddle is smaller than a tennis racquet but larger than a ping-pong paddle. A pickleball is similar to a wiffleball but travels at 1/3 the speed of a tennis ball. Pickleball is the perfect way to introduce children to the game of tennis without being overwhelmed by the rules and guidelines. Many tennis players convert to the game of pickle ball as it requires less endurance than tennis.
